Onward manages around 1,100 homes across Preston, including 700 homes in the Queen Street and Avenham neighbourhood. Last year, we confirmed our decision to demolish the three tower blocks in the Queen Street and Avenham neighbourhood and replace these with modern homes that better reflect local housing needs.
